Huragany ("The Hurricanes") - a band that played in the style of The Shadows in the years 1963 - 1967.
It was formed by third-year pupils of a secondary music school. Its first home was on Kościuszki Street, later at the MPK (the city transport company), and finally it came under the patronage of the Kraków Regional Headquarters of the Polish Scouting Association (ZHP), which made it possible to give concerts all over Poland and to record sessions at the Scout Radio Station of Polish Radio.
It took part in many concerts organised by the ZHP, often together with other scout vocal groups (Ali-Babki) and instrumental groups. The band's music was often broadcast by the Scout Radio Station of Polish Radio.
